Position Overview

Global Liquidity Partners is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Trade Support / Client Services & Operations Associate to support two affiliated broker-dealers, CODA Markets and ACS Global Holdings. This is a critical front-line role responsible for monitoring trading activity, supporting clients, coordinating operational workflows, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our electronic trading businesses.

The ideal candidate is intelligent, resourceful, highly responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced financial markets environment. This role requires an early schedule of approximately 3:30 AM – 11:30 AM Eastern Time. Candidates must be able to consistently accommodate these hours.

The position is primarily remote, although candidates should expect to spend significant time in the office during onboarding and training.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Support & Operations

  • Monitor trading systems, market connectivity, and operational workflows during pre-market and regular trading hours.
  • Investigate and resolve trade breaks, order issues, routing exceptions, and operational inquiries.
  • Coordinate with technology, compliance, clearing firms, exchanges, and counterparties to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Perform daily operational checks and support critical start-of-day processes.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting and operational controls.

Client Services

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for broker-dealer and institutional clients.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding orders, executions, market access, connectivity, and platform functionality.
  • Escalate and coordinate resolution of client issues across internal teams.
  • Build strong client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Business & Project Support

  • Assist management with operational initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
  • Maintain documentation, procedures, and client-facing materials.
  • Participate in testing, implementation, and rollout of new products, services, and technology enhancements.
  • Support business growth initiatives and help identify opportunities to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in time-sensitive situations.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general business software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work approximately 3:30 AM – 11:30 AM ET on a consistent basis.

Preferred

  • Experience in financial services, broker-dealer operations, trading support, client service, fintech, or capital markets.
  • Familiarity with equities trading, market structure, FIX connectivity, electronic trading, or brokerage operations.
  • FINRA licenses (Series 7, 57, 63, 99, or similar) are a plus but not required.
  • Experience interacting with institutional or professional trading clients.
